The PATH Rehab & Performance

We are a gym-based sports Physical Therapy practice currently operating out of Alpha Barbell in Pacific and Town Athletics in Tacoma. The PATH is a group of four doctors of physical therapy, partnered to serve highly motivated clients looking to return to, and exceed, prior levels of function post-injury, surgery, or chronic pain. We work with a variety of athletic niches including powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, golf, track and field, combat sports and wrestling, performing arts and dance, running, football, soccer, and generally motivated individuals who are driven to achieve personal athletic goals. We additionally serve those seeking to reduce the risk for injuries including ACL tears, hamstring injuries, golf-related injuries, and throwing-related injuries.
