Todays Talk

We are living in historic times: Facing a global pandemic while standing at the crossroads of monumental political divide, bombarded with fear and anxiety over crushing economic and civil unrest.  These days call for strong leaders ready to model effective behaviors of embracing change with optimism, while acknowledging the very real challenges of every day living.  These days call for empathetic leadership.  Red Canoe Credit Union is pleased to offer a unique training experience to help you begin to grow into that leader.  This training will provide you meaningful and helpful ways to lift your employees, teams, clients and every day associates- “your people” – so they can begin to rebuild hope, and face uncertainty with more confidence.  Since each person inside and outside your organization comes with a unique perspective and life path, we will explore techniques to embrace individuality and foster an inclusive, equitable environment that shows employees and clients —“your people” —that they truly matter.  Because creating environments through empathetic based leadership makes all the difference to the true success of your organization.  Let’s learn together, and help our community become even stronger.
