Wesley at Tehaleh Will Host Groundbreaking Event

Wesley Homes and Presbyterian Homes & Services break ground on new community in Bonney Lake, Washington.

After recently announcing plans for a new senior living community in Bonney Lake, Wesley Homes and Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for Wesley at Tehaleh on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 10 a.m.

Wesley at Tehaleh will be located on 16.82 acres within the master planned community of Tehaleh by Newland. The campus will have walking and biking paths that connect the site to Tehaleh’s 4,700-acre development.

The new community will include two buildings: The Lodge and The Brownstone. The Lodge will feature 136 independent living apartments, 42 Catered Living apartments and 18 assisted living memory care suites. The Brownstone will offer an additional 32 independent row-style apartments.

Campus amenities include restaurant-style dining, bistro, library, movie theater and education center, creative art space, fitness center, an outdoor Pickleball court plus areas for gathering and social activities.

PHS and Wesley are both non-profit, faith based organizations focused on serving a middle income market. The two organizations have worked together for years, sharing best practices and expertise.
