Vendor Booth Space

This is the 1st annual Tehaleh Oktoberfest! You will need to supply your own canopy, table, and chairs. We are expecting around 3500 attendees, so bring plenty of marketing materials. Power WILL NOT be available. This is an outdoor event. We have had warm days, cold days and mix in between. Please plan accordingly.

Please keep this community clean and do not leave your refuse at the event site. There will be limited trash cans at the site but not for large items.

Set-Up

7:30 AM – 9:45 AM | You must be set-up and ready to go by 10AM! Loading Zone Gates will close at 9:45 AM

Event

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | You CANNOT start tearing down early. You will not be invited back if you do so.

Tear Down

4:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Loading Zone Gates will open at 4:00 PM.

The vendor area will be set up in the Field/Playground area of Tehaleh Heights Elementary School, which is connected to newest park known as Discovery Park. Parking will be at Tehaleh Heights Elementary School for the entire event. There will be a designated loading zone in the bus loop just feet from where the vendors area will be situated.

Parking will be provided at Tehaleh Heights Elementary School. We will have parking attendants available to help direct Vendors and attendees of the event to the right locations.

Loading Zone

This location will be open from 7:30 AM – 9:45 AM for load in & 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM for load out. Please limit parking in this zone to 10-15 minutes as we will have a large volume of vendors looking to load/unload.
